- Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at service@forkive.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
